So You Think Next Race The 2011 Breeders Cup Classic in Form For Churchill Downs Winner

Imported Australian racing sensation So You Think is competing in the 2011 Breeders Cup World Championships and to help cover this highly anticipated event Punters Paradise is providing a free detailed Form and So You Think profile, So You Think race results, an interactive racing preview forum, the latest So You Think news and more.

The 2011 Breeders Cup World Championships, Thoroughbred racing’s most prestigious two-day event, annually attracts the best horses from North America and Europe. It is considered the richest prize money event in sports, with more than $26 million awarded over the two-day event.

The 2011 Breeders Cup World Championships will be held on Friday the 4th of November and Saturday the 5th of November. The 2011 Breeders’ Cup will be televised to more than 130 countries around the world.

It is on this International stage that imported Australian racing sensation So You Think, now under the control of the Coolmore Stud Group and iconic Irish trainer Aidan O'Brien, will attempt to become just the second overseas trained galloper to win the Breeders Cup Classic.

A feat solely held by Arcangues (1993) and attributed to the challenge of competing against the best North American runners and unfamiliarity with the dirt track.

Breeders Cup Classic

The 2011 Breeders Cup Classic will be held at the prestigious Churchill Downs in Louisville Kentucky this Saturday the 5th of November at 7pm US EST (10am Sunday Sydney time). The event is ran over a distance of 1.25 miles (2010 metres) and offers prize money totaling $5million USD ($4.8mil AUD).

Uncle Mo is the Breeders Cup Classic favourite with win odds priced at $4.00 followed by So You Think priced to win in the $5.00 range with Havre De Grace rounding out the top three with win odds in the $6.00 range.

Uncle Mo was voted the American Champion Two Year-Old Colt of the year in 2010 and is now making his second start as a three year old since recovering from a rare liver disease, while Havre De Grace is seeking to join the legendary Zenyatta by becoming only the second female in the event’s history to win the Breeders Cup Classic.

Other formidable opponents include Flat Out and To Honour And Serve.

So You Think Form

So You Think has now won eight Group 1 races across two continents, five in Australia and three in Europe. The Tattersalls Gold Cup and Irish Champion Stakes both held in Ireland and the Coral Eclipse Stakes at Sandown in England.

So You Think is looking to atone for his second place finish in the Group 1 British Champion Stakes in his last start the 15th of October and become only the second overseas trained horse to win the prestigious Breeders Cup Classic.

This information and more can be found in the free Punters Paradise So You Think Form. A form that includes a detailed performance profile, the latest So You Think news, popular racing preview forums and more.

A winning Form So You Think’s trainer, the legendary Aidan O’Brien, hopes to duplicate in the 2011 Breeders Cup Classic as well as So You Think’s next race which could take place in the $6 million AUD Japan Cup at the end of November.
